Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, items made to order, personalized designs, custom names, dates, or colors chosen by the customer.

Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing error caused by us.

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items with personalization errors approved by the customer

Refunds

If your return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed based on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
