Production, Shipping & Delivery

All products are handmade and produced on demand, according to each order.

Production Time

  • Orders are sent to production only after payment confirmation.

  • Production time is 7 to 15 business days.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout and affect shipping time only, not production time.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout and will also be available in your customer account.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates using the information provided.
