• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $300.

• Flat rate shipping of $10 on all U.S. orders under $300.

At this time, shipping rates apply only to orders shipped within the United States.

Processing Time

All our products are made to order and personalized with care.

• Processing time varies depending on the product and order volume.

• Production time is separate from shipping time.

Please note that selecting a shipping method does not affect the production or processing time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Mariatelie is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Mariatelie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Mariatelie will provide assistance when possible but is not responsible for carrier-related issues.
